I have an user that went over their storage limit but as the administrator I cannot delete any items from this mailbox. This is on an exchange 2000 SP2 environment. I get the following error "The item could not be deleted. It was either moved or already deleted, or access was denied." This is from both outlook 2000 and the OWA.
Does anyone has any suggestions?
