Set reviewer rights at the root (outlook today - mailbox name) to the "default" and then have the other person "add" the mailbox to theirs by going to TOOLS|SERVICES|EXCHANGE SERVER|PROPERTIES|ADVANCED tab| ADD then put in your mailbox name.
