Another option: If its not OL2002...you could try "Shared Folders"
Place the folder in a PST (can't be in the Exchange) Highlight folder Select File\Share\This Folder Drop any info you want to share with someone else into it and set it to update every hour, day, whatever... I use this to share info from home OLK (ISP) and Work. -----Original Message----- From: Moore, David K [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Monday, April 15, 2002 9:28 AM To: Exchange Discussions Cc: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: RE: Sharing a custom folder under mailbox Set reviewer rights at the root (outlook today - mailbox name) to the "default" and then have the other person "add" the mailbox to theirs by going to TOOLS|SERVICES|EXCHANGE SERVER|PROPERTIES|ADVANCED tab| ADD then put in your mailbox name. david -----Original Message----- From: Gagrani, Kishore [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Monday, April 15, 2002 11:22 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: Sharing a custom folder under mailbox Hi Gurus, How do I share a folder I created on my mailbox ?
