They dont have multiple IS set up.

Brothers and sisters, 2 notebook users (VIP) have the next problem: When they work offline and send a message, the message goes to outbox.When they are online and sychronised it,the message wordt delivered but still exist in outbox.( Not italic letter type)There is also a copy in sent items. I walk through all technical articels but i can not find a solution. Has somebody an idea to help this situation.
