I've had the same problem as Chris H on a number of occasions.. I always just groaned and logged in to the local console instead of using TS (and yes I was logged in with an appropriate account and into the domain).
Sedar: I've added that registry key to my $0.99 notebook and will try that in the next lab environment I set up.
