Hello

Under Windows NT4.0 / Exchange 5.0 it was possible for user "A" to create
an e-mail, cut and past the e-mail into user "B" mailbox. User B could
then edit the e-mail further and send from their dektop as user "B".

We have now moved to SBS2000 (Exchange 2000), and every time we do this we
receive an error message saying that user "B" does not have permission.
(Clients a mixture of Outlook 97/2000).

I have granted the appropraite permissions in the Active Directory Users
and Computers MMC (Microsoft artice Q184573. This works ok when user "A"
creates the e-mail. User "B" can then access user "A" mailbox from his own
desktop, edit and send as "B".

Basically my MD asks others to start e-mails, then move them into his
Inbox for final editing and sending, but as i say i can't get this to work
in Exchange 2000.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Jim Stewart
