I really don't understand you guys... WTF is going on? I now guess that when Daniel was talking about "run change control" he meant to record everything I install on the servers or something.
I appologise to you elite gurus for my ignorance, and not speaking English very fluently, but I'm new to exchange and all I wanted to know is if there is some tool like hfnetchk to automatically tell me the SP and hotfixes that are installed on Exchange servers. BTW, I'm just taking over a lot of exchange servers that weren't installed by me, and have no record of what was installed on them! Thanks for nothing!
