Hello, We want to change the format of an incoming e-mail. This e-mail comes as HTML and we want it in plain text format or rich text format. Normally this is possible just by opening a forward e-mail , we have a case here that won't work is this way. It just keeps the format of the incoming e-mail. In Outlook 2000, the format for outgoing mail is already set to rich text format. In the Exchange Administration program, under the advanced options of the Internet mail service, "Send Microsoft Exchange Rich Text Formatting" option is set to USER.
We have MS Exchange 5.5 , WIN2000 and MS Outlook 2000 running. Thanks for any suggestions you might have. Freya Jongkind.
