Normally this is possible just by opening a forward e-mail , we have a case here that won't work is this way. It just keeps the format of the incoming e-mail. In Outlook 2000, the format for outgoing mail is already set to rich text format. In the Exchange Administration program, under the advanced options of the Internet mail service, "Send Microsoft Exchange Rich Text Formatting" option is set to USER.
