Every person on this list has an eMail policy. The policy can range from "we
don't enforce anything" to "Legal makes us be the eMail Gestapo and Thought
Police". Even if you don't have a stated, written policy you still have a de
facto policy in place then.

My personal druthers? 200 MB mailbox limit, 10 MB limit on connectors, 120
day mailbox cleanup, 30 deleted item retention. By my druthers have nothing
to do with your business model.

Subject: slight OT - SMTP Policy

Hi,

I am looking at implmenting a new e-mail policy for my organisation. Is
anyone out there who has a company policy for e-mail (exchange specific or
SMTP is OK) already written and are willing to share it with me?

Basically, rather than re-inventing the wheel, I am looking for a policy
that someone out there already has, to use as a basis for our own.

If anyone can assist, please feel free to contact me direct:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks,
MP
