Open a new message, View > From Field. If its not there then I would think that maybe your aren't running on corporate /workgroup mode.

Ussusally you go to view and click from button and it appeara. Also I tried to customize the fields and the from button isnt there either. Both pcs have the same configuration but one pc doesnt have the same options in outlook 2002. I have already uninstalled office 2002 and reinstalled it and still has the same options. Can anyone shed some light.
