We recently purchased to new pcs with office xp sb. Outlook 2002 for some reason doesnt have the FROM field when you create a new message. Ussusally you go to view and click from button and it appeara. Also I tried to customize the fields and the from button isnt there either. Both pcs have the same configuration but one pc doesnt have the same options in outlook 2002. I have already uninstalled office 2002 and reinstalled it and still has the same options. Can anyone shed some light.
