I agree with the last 2 statements. Been in the industry for 20 plus years and have to say no I have Certs. but have always risen to the level of so called MCSE's. Not that they are bad but come on, how can someone is good at passing tests be good at handling pressure moments. That is the true test of a IT professional. As far as IT hiring firms. They for the most are F-cked up and so are the company's HR departments. They look at Cert's and not a person background and accomplishments. Yes Certs are good for truck drivers changing jobs.
