I have now looked in the ADUC and can see the folders there. I have also resolved the problem error regarding replicating from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 5.5 (I did not select the replication tab on the Exchange 2000 folders - DUH!).
So we now have public folder replication working fully to Exchange 5.5 but unfortunately this is not working correctly to Exchange 2000 as it does not appear in the exchange system manager, any ideas, troubleshooting techniques?
