Savittiere Sent: Monday, May 13, 2002 10:00 AM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: Outlook 2000: Address Books and Distribution Lists My client has a contacts folder that is constantly growing, right now there are about 2500 contacts listed. He would like to create a distribution list to send a mass email, but does not want to select each contact (individually) to be a member as there are too many of them. I need to know if there is a way to (without changing each individual contact) globally create a DL of these contacts but only grab the contacts that have email addresses while omitting the business fax numbers that may also be associated with a contact.
