I used to do this myself, but not with that man contacts. Word of warning, you cannot put "drop" the contacts into a new container for a mailing list. Also, I only had around 300 ppl in a list that corrupted constantly. I continually had to rebuild (by hand) the mailing list. Eventually I just gave up on using Outlook for this and when to Mail List King. You can find them at http://www.xequte.com/support/

Savittiere [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Monday, May 13, 2002 12:00 PM To: Exchange Discussions Subject: Outlook 2000: Address Books and Distribution Lists My client has a contacts folder that is constantly growing, right now there are about 2500 contacts listed. He would like to create a distribution list to send a mass email, but does not want to select each contact (individually) to be a member as there are too many of them. I need to know if there is a way to (without changing each individual contact) globally create a DL of these contacts but only grab the contacts that have email addresses while omitting the business fax numbers that may also be associated with a contact.
