The site that is rejecting our email reports that they are rejecting it due to the lack of a fully qualified domain name. The reject message they get is as follows:
504 <email-1>: Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname. They have also added us to http://www.rfc-ignorant.org list. It seems to only do this when the IMS is installed in a cluster, when we test it on a non clustered system we get the proper response.
