I have users that come thru AOL to get to my OWA, and the issues I always have with them is they want to use IE from AOL, not IE from Microsoft.
If your AOL users didn't download the IE directly from MS, then they are using an IE that doesn't connect to OWA. I just make copies of the IE 6.0 CD I have and hand it out to them, that way I know they will have the correct IE. hth, Bob Sadler City of Leawood, KS, USA Internet/WAN Specialist 913-339-6700 X194 [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -----Original Message----- From: Jeremy I. I have a few users that are having issues, they can't authenticate. It isn't the AOL browser either, I've had them try to use IE when logged in. I just wanted to ask prior to setting up a test AOL box, oh the horror. Is there anything that can be done to make OWA more friendly to AOL users, or does anyone know of an AOL config change that has to be done? Thank you in advance, Jer _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED] _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
