If they've determined the additional functionality isn't worth the cost, why should you upgrade? Wait to upgrade until MS is discontinuing support for your versions.

Both run great and have been very stable (knock on wood). My question is how do you approach upper management asking to upgrade to Windows and Exchange 2000 when they have the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality? I've already tried the "additional functionality" route, but they're not buying it.
