Jumping in... That, support going away, was a major selling point for us to get our servers moved to Win 2000. (Actually, we also told them that our servers probably would be too slow to run 2K, so we're gettting new servers, too). It's crazy because our users are complaining about how slow the system is now. Yet, our selling point was support ending. Oh, well. I guess whatever convinces them as long as it's honest.
