We evaluated Omtool, Rightfax and a bunch of others. Rightfax seemed to be the winner at the time. However, for reasons that I do not wish to (or need to) disclose the budget was cut and we're stuck with FACSys. The bottom line is pretty much anything you get will be better than FACSys.
