Well.. some info about Exchange version, SP and other software might have been useful, but I'll take a couple of WAGs.

They chose yes and get the following message: "No matching entries were found" They also get the same message when they try to print an e-mail. I've done scanpst on their pst file and I've ran outlook with the /cleanprofile and /ResetFolders switch but that hasn't cleaned up the problem. It was weird cause it was working all day long and then happened all of the sudden.
