What has changed in your environment? Things don't "just happen"? There is a reason and usually something changed (a setting, a service pack was added, etc.). What, if anything, do the Event Logs show? What about user permissions (have you checked the permissions on the Calendars)? Can you, as the Administrator get in and do anything? What about the overall performance of your server?
