Looked through all the trace files and have even tried it on multiple mailboxes to no avail. Basically the trace file says "found a conflict" declined. Even though none exists. Does anyone know of a resource for this? I am more than willing to do my own work. I have been through the Exchange Code site help files extensively but I find nothing on this error.
