Thanks Chris. I was aware of that and will do the operation over the weekend. It will involve several connections (8) in stead of only 1 as listed in my first post. Any more negative side effects that you know? We also want to bring all servers onto the same patch level implementing SP4 and some post SP4 fixes. One server being a cluster. Any experience in updating an NT4 EX5.5 cluster?
