What version of Windows/SP level are you on? If Windows NT 4 sp5 then there
is a memory leak problem resolved with SP6?

We'll apply service pack 4 on Exchange then monitor it.  If that don't work
we'll put a newer version of Norton.

Do you have to uninstall the old version when installing the new version of
