I have enabled deleted items on the mailbox store per server and through
system policies and neither work.  I also waited over night to see if a
reciepient policy needed to run and no luck.  I have continued to test
after each change but I never see any mail to recover in the "recover
deleted items".  Alos it is not just my client but all clients.
