I have a situation here where when a user send message to a domain in Italy (Rome ONLY!) it fails with the message below.
Your message has been delayed and is still awaiting delivery to the following recipient(s): [EMAIL PROTECTED] Message delayed I/O error encountered during command: (message data) The ATT.TXT file then has the following in it: Reporting-MTA: dns; mime1.ourdomain.com Received-From-MTA: dns; Bridgehead.domain.co.uk (Bridgehead.domain.com [IPaddress]) Arrival-Date: Tue, 25 Jun 2002 13:35:52 +0100 Final-Recipient: rfc822; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Action: delayed Status: 4.4.2 (Persistent transient failure - routing/network: bad connection) Remote-MTA: dns; smtp.aceaspa.it I have tried various things. Other users can send mail, its ONLY him ad only to this domain that he has an issue. I have tried creating a new profile for him on a different computer and he still gets this error. I have also created a new mailbox for him and he still gets the error with his new mailbox. Any ideas ? _________________________________________________________________ List posting FAQ: http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq.htm Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Exchange List admin: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
