Earlier today, our Exchange Server (5.5.2650.21) began disallowing all
traffic on port 25.  
First, I checked the error logs...no errors!  Then I shut down all the
services and restarted them... port 25 still wouldn't open.... 

Finally, the solution was found as a bad email message (SPAM no less) in
\imcdata\out.  I moved (archived) this message into a ..\bad folder and
reset the imc.   The mail began flowing again.... I was happy again.

It only took 15 minutes to solve the problem but I was hoping for 2 years in
a row of ZERO downtime.  Now, I can no longer claim this. #$*!  

I'm pissed off because I thought MS fixed this problem, at least 2 service
packs ago (or 3 years ago)?
