Ok I thought I had my test environment set up the same at my production environment but whenever I go to try to open another users folder via outlook I get the message:
"Unable to display the folder. The * folder could not be found" Where * is the folder I'm trying to open. Anyways I confirmed the folder is there because I can log into it with OWA and when the user is logged on and opening it with their outlook profile.
