That depends what you used to migrate the mailbox, one migration tool may retain more or less information than another e.g. permissions, calendar, contacts, alternate recipient etc. etc. To add new permissions you will need to open the ad users and computers snap in, ensure view\advanced features is selected, find the w2k user object, right click it, select properties, i think its under the exchange advanced tab, then mailbox rights, someone correct me if i am wrong please, i cant remember, its late, i'm tired and i've ran out of bud. goodnight!
