Environment:
(1) Exchange 2000 server running on my internal network with OWA

I want users from the internet to be able to access my OWA server by
entering in the URL of "outlook.mydomain.com" rather than
"myserver.mydomain.com/exchange". This is how I had it configured when I
was running Exchange 5.5 in the past. Is there any problem changing the
Default Web Site properties in IIS on the Exchange 2000 server to redirect
to the /exchange directory? It's just that my users have been used to
accessing the "outlook.mydomain.com" URL for so long now, adjusting to a
new URL would be problematic.

Second, when I had OWA running under my Exchange 5.5 organization, I had
SSL installed on the OWA box. I would like to take my Verisign
certificate and move it to my new OWA 2000 server. Do I apply the
certificate to the Default Web Site? Any problem I should know about with
this?

Thanks.
