Folks,
Perhaps someone out there has seen this before. Windows 2000 SP1 /
Exchange 2000 - no SP. When a particular user is added ( as Owner,
Publishing Editor or even None ) to a public folder, the entry doesn't
'stick'. Let me explain that a bit more......... Go to the Properties of
the PF, click on the Permissions tab, click on the Client Permissions
button, click on the Add button, select user from GAL, change role from the
default value of None to Owner ( or any other value ), click OK, click
Client Permissions button again - user entry is gone. This has been tried
from a number of privileged accounts - all display the same results. I have
not been able to find any errors in the Event logs.
Anyone have any suggestions? Please???
