Hi All, In exchange 5.5 ( frontend outlook2k) how can we trap outbound SMTP mails without knowing user? User mails are stored in his local m/c in .pst format.
I know one option i.e. rules wizard in which I can store one copy of his outgoing mails in public folder but it will be purely a client based rule and user can check the rule set for his personal folder. This particular rule can't be set on server. Any method by which I can check and trap his outgoing mails without user knowledge.
