I have individuals using their own email. No problem. Now we have a dummy user that receives specific mail from our website. Several people need access to this mailbox. So I add them as users allowed to 'send as' and give them rights to the mailbox. Then I set up outlook so the users can open their own or the other mailbox. This works fine for power users but restricted users cannot open the common mailbox. How do I work around this??
