Dear List,

I have installed IM within the same E2K organization. I have enabled 2 users
accounts for using this facility, they are communicating with each other no
problem. Other than that, when I enabled any other account, they are unable
to login. I matched the properties of working accounts with non working
accounts and found that under "Instant Messaging User Address" it is showing
<UserName@MachineName> this is for working account. and in non working
account it is showing <UserName@DomainName>. This is happening for every
account I enabled. Can someone help me in this regard.

Thanks & Regards.
