look for a software called track-it, its ok, it will get what you need done. Also look at bind but its expensive, look into sms but that is expensive. With track-it you can actually run a little agent on all your workstations, which can be done remotely from your track-it server console, it will get you the licensing info on all your workstations and actually already put it in a database and you can run queries and reports against that database.
