Will this serve as the gateway as well, with antivirus software, OWA usage, content management, etc?
Personally, I think both are insufficient on the memory side. I have a PII/300 w/ 384MB RAM hosting 12 users with varied connections and it is maxed. But it does work fairly well. Given absolute choice, I'd pick the greater RAM.
