When I created the virtual directories on my front-end servers for OWA, it created directories called: exadmin, exchange & public. All had red X since they didn't exist. When I go to IIS Manager it shows a local path to the "M" drive. When I check my file structure, I don't have an "M" drive.. What are these for? Do I need to have them?
Also, how can I shorten the address for accessing owa without using the /exchange extension as part of the URL?
