The red x's:  that's normal.  The www service starts before the Exchange
IS does.  Restart
the w3svc service if it bothers you, but it's normal.

If it really annoys you, you can add a DependOnService line for
MSExchangeIS to HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\W3SVC.

You don't have an M: drive in your files structure, IIRC, because one of
the service packs has now hidden it by default.

You can redirect to /exchange by editing the default website in IIS
Admin.  Home Directories page, click "a redirection to a URL" and type
http://server.domain.com/exchange.
