In a hosting environment, each customer gets their own GAL and permissions only to see 
that GAL. If I wack a customer's GAL or remove permissions, that effectively cuts the 
customer's MAPI capabilities.

Depending on the Exchange installation, potentially LOTS, especially in a
hosting environment. We used restricted ABV views when I worked at $vbc for
other political reasons.
