Chris,

If you are using Scanmail 3.5x and active update, have you applied the hot
fix released in July 2002? it fixes memory leakage problem from the active
updates.

Uninstall the one of them which is Exchange aware and make sure the other is
not scannign the Exchange directories... Any change?
