Can someone please point me in the right direction here? I have an IIS system (www11-sfb) that I want to send mail. When I telnet to the port it works fine and sends mail. This is done from the local machine. See logs below (Telnet from port) for details. But when I use a php script to do it from a web page the mail does not send. It initiates the initial commands but then does not establish the outbound connection. See log below (From PHP script) for details.
