Users always swear up and down that they don't make mistakes.  Doesn't
keep them from making mistakes, though.  Have him do it again and see if
it repeats.  Dollars to doughnuts it doesn't happen again the way he
says it did.

Right but he swears up and down that is not the case.  He showed me the
process he was doing and the only thing he did was add users and ask
Outlook to only send to those users.

IIRC, if he was editing a calendar item already sent, and removed the
Users he did not want to receive the updated item, it would send them a
cancellation message.  Like I said, IIRC.

I have a user who is using Outlook XP SP2 who went to make a change to
add users to a meeting but also sent a cancellation notice to other
users.  I checked it out and its true.  Both messages went at the same
time.  He never sent a cancellation notice he only added a few users to
the meeting and wanted to just send the update to them.  An idea's?
