we have an Exchange server 5.5 SP3 (my company is afraid to upgrade to SP4 - but I guess this is another story). and we use IIS on 2000 server for outlook webacess to that server one of our users while trying to read his mail via OWA is getting this error:"unable to render this view" other users don't report any problem. even this user don't have this problem all the time. most of the time everything works but every few days for few hours he is getting this error. and then it disappear again. any idea how can we fix it? thanks in advance Brenda
