no nedia server or anything. I think the wms spooler is related to windows messaging 
system. This message comes while I try to shutdown the machine.

Great...you checked the network settings.  So what?

What else is different between the machines that DO work and the machines
that DON'T?

Is there any Warehouse Management System (WMS) software installed on the the
machines that DON'T work?

Search the log files on the clients that ARE having a problem and let us see
what the errors look like.
