Hi there, I've had a look through the archives, but can't find anything relevant.
I'd like to apply a rule on all outgoing and incoming email for our sales force which copies any mail sent to [anyuser]@[specific domain] into a public folder for client communications. I thought that a server or client based rule would be a good way to go about this, but I can't find any information relating to creating rules for users without going in and manually setting them up. Can anyone come up with some suggestions ?
