Sounds like a bandwidth issue trying to access another Exchange Server for
the information.  Is the data housed on another Exchange Server or just your
Exchange Server?

One user in my office keeps getting this window saying "Outlook is
requesting data from the exchange server" when he makes changes to contacts.
No one else in the office has made this 'complaint' and it appears to not be
random.  I tried closing Outlook and rebooting, but it's still doing it, and
it's taking minutes to complete the request. Anyone have any suggestions
