Regarding the mail blasts, we presently use an outside source to send out
our mail blasts. The way this works, is that each time we upload our content
as well as the list of addresses to whom the mail is to be addressed, the
mail is then sent to all those addresses in a combination of HTML and Plain
Text format ...I am told that those who's mail clients support HTML, receive
the email in HTML format, those who's mail clients only support Plain Text
receive it in plain text format. There is nothing specified by us when we
upload the list of addressees as far as which addresse supports which
format. Therefore, how is this possible ? Is the server smart enough to
determine whether the mail client supports HTML or text and send the correct
version ? How can this be done with my Outlook client and Exchange server ?

Not to mention, I prefer to use other people's servers for spam propagation,
lest mine get black holed.
