Depending on the state of migration you are in, design/premigration,
migration, or operational/support here's what I would recommend:
Premigration/design phase:
Microsoft Exchange Server for Windows 2K (Tony Redmond,
Digital Press)
Mission Critical Microsoft Exchange 2K (Jerry Cochran,
Digital Press)
Less recommended but still useful for people with LARGE
installations (tens to hundreds of thousands of users):
Scaling Microsoft Exchange Server 2K (Pierre Bijaoui)
Migration phase:
If anyone finds a good book on migration, please let me
know. Read Microsoft's whitepapers, the whitepapers on the ADC on
WWW.EXCHANGEADMIN.COM. Read the list for real world gottcha's, hire a
consultant that's done it; successfully, before.
Operational/Support
Exchange 2000 Server 24/seven (Jim McBee, Sybex)

Recommendations? Anyone?
>>> That book sucks.

> No, I'm saying you should buy a book which sucks less.
